Project Description
Baran 24 North is a 500-square-meter residential penthouse located in the Baran 3 Tower in Mashhad, Iran. The unit offers expansive, panoramic views of the city from multiple angles. To maximize and emphasize these vistas, the furniture layout was intentionally kept as open as possible, ensuring an unobstructed visual flow throughout the space.
To create a warm and distinctive atmosphere, a circular fireplace was designed beneath a matching circular ceiling feature. This focal element establishes the core identity of the residence, revealing itself immediately upon entering the penthouse and setting the tone for the overall spatial experience.
