Project Description
Baran 23 North is a 700-square-meter residential penthouse located in the Baran 3 Tower in Mashhad, Iran. The central design approach focuses on preserving the expansive view toward the Kouhsangi district, one of the city’s prominent natural landmarks.
To maintain this uninterrupted panorama, the layout and scale of the furniture were carefully selected to create fluid circulation paths throughout the space. These pathways support effortless movement while preventing any obstruction of the view. At the same time, the arrangement of the seating areas ensures that residents can fully enjoy and make use of the remarkable landscape beyond the windows
