A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DORSA Corporation GmbH, Mexikoring 27-29, 22297 Hamburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 177 9270174, Email: info@globaldorsa.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days expires.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the entrepreneur and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not residents of a European Union member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not send the goods back unpaid.

3. Note that points 1–2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
