Project Description
Shalizar Villa is located in the Mazandaran region of northern Iran. The interior features exposed concrete walls, a sculptural iron fireplace positioned as the focal point of the space, and a tall glass living-room ceiling that opens toward the terrace. Natural materials—most notably wood—are used throughout the interior to create warmth and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The layout was designed to reflect the client’s desired functions for leisure and retreat, ensuring that each area of the villa supports comfortable and purposeful use during periods of rest and recreation.
