1. Delivery Timeframes
Each Dorsa creation is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. Orders are delivered within 10 to 14 business days, depending on product availability, seasonal volume, and courier conditions.
Once your parcel leaves our atelier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you may follow its progress at every step.

2. VAT and Invoicing
All invoices issued by Dorsa within Germany are subject to 19% VAT, clearly itemized for your convenience. The final price displayed upon checkout reflects this tax in full transparency.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Should you wish to adjust or cancel an order, our team will gladly assist you—provided the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, modifications are no longer possible. After receiving the item, you may proceed with a return request in accordance with our return policy.

4. Returns and Eligibility
We understand that a piece may not always be the perfect fit. You may return your item under the following conditions:

* The product is unused and in pristine condition
* All original tags, protective elements, and packaging are intact
* The invoice or proof of purchase accompanies the item

Upon receiving your return, our quality team will inspect the piece. Approved returns are refunded through the original payment method. Return-shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances of the order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to monitor the parcel’s journey—from our workshop to your doorstep—on both mobile and desktop with ease.

Should you encounter any defect or discrepancy, our team will arrange an exchange or a return in line with our policies.

8. Stock Availability and Special Orders
If an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated during purchase. Certain products may be reserved upon request, and customers will be notified as soon as the item returns to stock.
For limited-edition pieces, availability is determined by the earliest completed orders.

9. Packaging and Presentation
Your Dorsa item is presented in protective and elegant packaging designed to preserve the leather during transit while offering a refined unboxing experience.
Gift packaging may be requested during checkout.

12. Exchanges for Size or Style
If the size or model does not meet your needs, you may request an exchange. The item must meet all return eligibility requirements. Upon receipt and approval, the new piece will be dispatched promptly.

13. Pricing and Adjustments
Displayed prices are inclusive of 19% VAT and reflect the real-time cost of materials, craftsmanship, and market conditions. While prices may be updated periodically, the amount confirmed at checkout remains valid for your completed order.

14. Gifts and Personal Messages
You may have your order delivered directly as a gift. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. A personalized message can be added, and all gift shipments are sent without price details inside the package.

15. Limited Editions and Special Releases
Certain Dorsa creations are produced in small quantities or seasonal collections. Customers may request notifications for future availability. These editions often feature distinctive colors, artisanal detailing, or handcrafted techniques reserved for exclusive lines.
